Rates

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Adult rates are per person per night sharing and include bed and breakfast.
• Child rates are per child per night sharing with an adult and include bed and breakfast.
• Children under 3 years stay free.
• Rates are inclusive of VAT.
• 20% single supplement surcharge. 
• Rates are subject to change without prior notice, please confirm rates before booking.
• Minimum 2 night stay on a weekend (Friday & Saturday) and peak seasons.
• Minimum 3 night stay from during the festive season.
• First two people in a room are charged an adult rate, regardless of the age.
• A refundable breakage deposit of R 1000 shall be applicable for all stays.
• A fine of R 2000 is payable by anyone smoking or vaping within a non-smoking area.

All rooms are non-smoking rooms.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Should you cancel your booking, deposit refunds will be paid as follows:
• 31+ days, no cancellation fee.
• 15-30 days, 50% cancellation fee – or amount already paid can be used as a credit towards a later stay.
• 8-14 days, 75% cancellation fee – or amount already paid can be used as a credit towards a later stay.
• 0-7 days, 100% cancellation fee.
• When booking the property exclusively, 25% of the full amount is non-refundable.
• When booking the property exclusively, 100% cancellation fee if cancelled 1-60 days prior to the date of arrival.
Please note all deposit refunds will incur a R 150.00 administrative fee.
